Really simple app that has helped me realise I was under hydrated.  So easy to keep track of all my drinks.

Love this app ,my Husband   Would not be without .Weight Management as well as Water 
It also Tracks Water Teas Coffee Smoothies..when you get older  you tend to forget to drink  plenty fluids this can also remind you as the day goes along ..
Thank you Forest Flask great App Great Product 
We are now keeping a track every day and also through the night we have it at our bedside 😊
