I’ve been following Mitch’s daily exercises on Instagram for the past few months and have noticed my balance and strength improve tremendously. When he announced that he was launching an app, I knew this would be the perfect next step for me. He’s launched with thoughtful programs and some great follow along quick workouts, which I’m already loving! So happy to have programs specifically made for people like me.
