The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) are incredibly poor, making navigation a headache. Moreover, the lack of a cancellation option for orders is incredibly frustrating. When I encountered an issue and needed to cancel an order, I was shocked to find no visible or accessible method to do so within the app. This lack of functionality speaks volumes about the app's shortcomings in basic customer service. Adding insult to injury, the unavailability of customer support when needed is exasperating. Every attempt to reach out for assistance has been met with no response or prolonged waiting times. It's incredibly disheartening to face such hurdles when seeking help or clarification regarding an order. I genuinely wanted to enjoy the shopping experience with Forever 52, but the consistent issues and lack of support have made it impossible.
