I downloaded this app hoping for a little nudge towards cutting back on drinking alcohol, but the Otto mascot’s encouraging messages convinced me to quit altogether. It was hard at first but I had a support system all the way. Now I am 3 weeks hangover free and I honestly do feel so much better. I can actually remember my weekends now.
