The other half of the time it stalls out and then just closes without any prompts. It was just fine until I got a new iPhone and all of a sudden it didn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — Last update is a fail *2025-11-22, version 3.4.0* Sorry to report that the last update is now including false information to include incorrect address and vehicle information. I’m also seeing the phone numbers are coming up As relative owners vs the actual owner as they did prior to the update. I think during this update, the data collection and/or sources are be becoming corrupt. ### 1/5 — Latest update has big problems. *2025-11-08, version 3.0.0* The app used to work great. Yeah the constant 2FA requirements even after FaceID login is annoying, but you get used to it. The new UI is bad. Why separate blocks for each type of data? It was better when it was all one table. Worst of all is that pasting phone numbers is broken. I used to be able to copy a number from my CRM or my phone’s call log and paste it right into the search field. It didn’t matter if there was a country code ahead of the number it would just automatically chop that off and searched the 10 digit number. Now with the latest update if I paste it in, it gets all truncated in the last three digits get cut off. I have to go in and manually correct the phone number. It’s totally ruined the experience. ### 1/5 — 2factor log in every single time *2025-10-02, version 2.3.14* Why do I need to have a code sent to me every single time I log in? It’s exhausting ### 1/5 — Suspended *2025-08-22, version 2.3.14* I used forewarn for every new person I came in contact with. It was wonderful able to screen before I show Property before I rented to people. It was a very good safety measure. I turned down a potential tenant that had some real issues. And forewarn suspended my account! So much for using it for being safe. I thought it was for Realtor safety?? Anyway, I enjoyed the app while I was using it. It was very beneficial but be very careful. ### 1/5 — Over-promised & undelivered *2025-05-08, version 2.3.14* Most numbers come back as “no record”, so essentially it is a waste of money. I have had 80% more success just entering the number into Google. For the numbers that do actually come back with info, it’s no better than what I can get using Google. ### 1/5 — No value. Unnecessary 12 month contract *2024-08-26, version 2.3.14* I found the app to provide very little value. Most of the numbers that calls are received from are spam or unregistered, leading to frequent dead-end searches. Additionally, they require a 12-month contract, which is not clearly advertised but hidden in the fine print. This is a poor business practice, especially for a service that should not demand such a long-term commitment. If you no longer find value in the service or your business needs change, you should be able to cancel without being locked into a lengthy contract. Furthermore, the app feels outdated. I expected to be able to update information like billing directly within the app, but instead, this information is provided in a PDF at signup, and any changes must go through customer support. Overall, I found the app to be useless and a waste of money. ### 1/5 — Only gives 10-15 years and older record *2024-06-12, version 2.3.14* This only gives you 10-15 years and older record, so you don’t know if your caller murdered someone from 5 years ago. ### 1/5 — VA Realtor *2024-05-03* Just set up this app provided by our State Association. Thought this is perfect for another layer of protection. Like another subscriber commented, I wanted to try out a number. After putting in my husbands cell number I WAS SHOCKED. Absolutely none of the information was pertinent to him. 1) he is not a female 2) he has not lived at any of the 21 addresses given 3) he doesn’t own or has owned any of the 5 vehicles listed. Will this be corrected? Can I trust this app is trustworthy? I really appreciate him taking the time. The lady at customer support kept hanging up on me. I really appreciate Robert being mindful of customers time as well as employees that it took to make the calls to rven resolve the issue. I cannot begin to tell you how many numbers I’ve typed in to find out the criminal charges against them were so dangerous for murder kidnapping, and Domestic Violence charges thank you forearm for forewarning me. ### 5/5 — Update sort of ruined it *2025-11-10, version 3.2.0* The newest update UI is brutally terrible. The small changes they made was good but now the missing match keys dont show so everything that pops up as a potential match looks fully valid even if birthday doesnt check out because it doesnt show whether a key matches or not it just shows matched keys which is brutal. I liked the colored tabs too when it was green for fully clean record and yellow for warning. The old version was far superior for screenshotting and using as background check for records on file. This version is nearly impossible to screenshot full record with names.
