Show Current Order Leg Details for If Done Order (IFD):
Currently a number of trade details (Buy/Sell indicator, Filled amount, outstanding amount) for the first leg are shown throughout the life of an IFD order on the trade summary screens. A number of clients have reported this as misleading.
To address, the app will show the relevant information for each leg in the trade summary screens. The information for the first leg will be shown until the leg is fully complete. Only when the first leg is fully completed will the details for the second leg be shown. 

Cancel Linked Open Orders when Closing a Position:
When closing a position, the user should have the option to close any open orders linked to that position. 

Remove Zero Bars from Charts:
Remove bars from chart when any of the bar values (open/high/low/close) is zero. Currently bars are are only removed when all values are zero. Changed this to remove the bar when ANY value is zero.
