This app makes following the Wendler 5/3/1 BBB program so much easier. I love that I don't need to create an account and all my data stays on my phone. The program generation is spot-on and the plate calculator saves me time at the gym. Highly recommend for anyone serious about tracking their progress for the Wendler 531 BBB program.
