I’ve been a member of Forge for a couple of years now, and it was an experience that I will appreciate every day. My coach— Coach Tate— was knowledgeable about all my injuries and really put me in a place where I understand better how to manage my pain through strength training. Being in Forge helped me get in shape, lose weight, but most importantly: it helped motivate me to become consistent with my health routines.
