## What is Forge?

Forge: Habits & Focus

Discipline isn't something you find. It's something you build.

Forge turns your habits, goals, focus and progress into something you can actually measure. Build consistency, earn progress, climb the rank ladder, and see what your actions add up to over time.

BUILD HABITS THAT COUNT

Create habits that matter to you and make them part of your daily practice. Track your progress, build streaks, and see your consistency become something tangible.

MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS

Forge turns your activity into measured scores and progression. See how you're doing across your attributes and watch your rank evolve as your consistency compounds.

STAY FOCUSED

Protect your attention when it matters.

Use Screen Time-powered blocking rules and focus sessions to shield distracting apps while you work. Set your focus, start the session, and let Forge help protect the time you've committed.

SET GOALS

Turn intentions into goals with deadlines and measurable progress. Keep the things that matter visible and give yourself something concrete to work toward.

QUIT WHAT HOLDS YOU BACK

Track the habits you're trying to leave behind with quit timers and milestones. Forge helps you measure the distance between where you started and where you are now.

SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE

Your progress isn't just a number.

Explore your history through progress views, heatmaps, rankings and reviews. See patterns in your consistency and understand what your actions have built over time.

CLIMB THE LADDER

Progress through Forge's rank system as your measured performance improves. Each rank has its own crest, metal and visual identity — your progress becomes something you can see.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your data stays on your device.

Forge has no account or sign-in. Health integration is optional and read-only, and Health data is processed on your device. Nothing is written to Apple Health and your data doesn't leave your device.

Forge is for people who don't want another app telling them to “be productive.”

It's for building the habits, focus and consistency that make progress real.
