Kevin and his team have a way of framing personal development in the most approachable yet impactful and simple way to create meaningful progress and results in your life, on your terms, and by your own definitions, but with the frameworks and systems they have been developing and researching for years. 

It’s a must download app in my opinion.

I truly learned the only way to create the life you want is to focus on facts. 

The way to do that is through metrics. This app has all the tools to challenge the stories you tell about your life and truly helps Create metrics daily in life.
