This is an amazing app!  It has all of the right features to help you along your journey to quitting whatever vice you may have.  Would recommend!

Finally found something that worked! Tried so many times only to fail. This plan keeps you accountable without the shame. The metrics are right on target and work seamlessly with health app. Highly recommend !

I have been struggling with drinking for 10 years. I have tried many different ways to get myself to stop. Forge keeps me accountable by being excited to check in every day and gamifying the experience. 10/10 ( I am 22 days in to vice grip and plan on finishing the program)
