FORGE is for the moment when you want to train, but do not want to build the session from scratch.

Choose the goal, training style, body focus, duration, equipment, and limits. FORGE builds a complete workout with a warmup, main block, optional finisher, cooldown, coaching cues, rest times, and movement details.

It is not a social feed. It is not a physique rater. It is not a fake transformation machine. It builds the workout in front of you.

Subscription details:
FORGE includes 3 free workout generations before subscription. After those free generations are used, the monthly subscription starts immediately when purchased and renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Active subscribers receive a monthly workout generation allowance. Optional top-up purchases add extra generations and do not expire. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the in-app account screen or App Store account settings.
