Downloaded probably 8 habit apps over last 2 years. This one feels like a commitment  I made to myself. The grid is what does it. Seeing 72 gold squares and knowing one gap would ruin it is the only motivation system that’s ever worked for me. Day 73 and I’ve not missed once!
