## What is ForgeFit?

ForgeFit turns workout tracking, meal logging, hydration, and daily check-ins into a personal fitness RPG.

Build your character, choose workout preferences, and follow mission-style training that adapts to your goals and available equipment. Log meals from public nutrition sources, track water, and use Daily Coach check-ins to decide whether to push, shorten, control, or recover.

ForgeFit includes:
- RPG-style XP, levels, badges, streaks, and quests
- Workout missions for gym, home, bodyweight, strength, mobility, and hypertrophy training
- Meal lookup using USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts references
- Serving-size controls for meal logging
- Water tracking with editable entries
- Daily readiness coaching based on energy, soreness, sleep, stress, and available time
- Optional Apple Health read access for steps and body weight

ForgeFit Pro is an optional one-time purchase. Pro unlocks custom workout templates, custom meals and My Foods, body measurement tracking, and advanced planning tools. ForgeFit Pro is not a subscription.

ForgeFit is local-first. It does not require an account, does not include ads, and does not use a hosted backend in this build.
