Bought a new phone and transferred my info. This app no longer identifies my email address and I cannot access my email. Terrible.

I have been trying to get a notification from this application for few days, no success.
I have an account since 2025, used it for many times, now it’s 2026 I have been trying to get notification but no success.
My suggestion is to use a phone authentication rather than this type of old technology.

This app sucks big time!!!! It will not go past the MFA aand wants the issuer and person and won’t do anything else! It really sucks!!

My Org has now switched to a number based authentication where in I need to select a Number in the app in order to authenticate but with this new functionality, authentication using Apple watch no longer works as I am not prompted with any numbers on my watch.

Support for this on Apple watch will be appreciated!

When i get the notification for approval, the notification has options to allow or deny the request. But after tapping on allow, the app opens and shows internet now available all the time and i have to manually approve again from popup alert. Please fix this one.

Takes forever to authenticate, have to leave one app to go to ForgeRock to authenticate. Sometimes it doesn’t even work. It’s ridiculous and a waste of time.

Can’t access my email anymore no matter what device I’m using because ForgeRock isn’t sending any push notifications through. 
Unbelievable that his app is still on the market and used by business like James Cook University
