### 3/5 — 끊기지도 않았는데 알람이 오네요

사용설명서에 따라서 잘 설치하고 워치에는 한 하루 이틀 지나니 설치 되더라고요. 근데 폰과 워치가 멀어질때는 알람이 안오고 정작 그냥 붙어있을때 가끔가다가 연결이 끊겼다고 워치알람이 옵니다. 뭔가 이상하네요..

따라서 기기가 가까이 있더라도 애플워치와 아이폰 사이의 연결, 혹은 아이폰의 네트워크 연결이 일시적으로 불안정하면 알림이 잘못 울릴수도 있습티나.

앱의 연결 확인 방식을 좀 더 개선하여, 더욱 안정적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하겠습니다.

This is honestly an amazing app, it’s very simple but works perfectly! I constantly leave my phone at self-check out kiosks or on tables in public places and find myself always doubling back and wasting time retrieving my forgotten phone. I’m also appreciative that the watch face complication for the app (which is mandatory) has a watch battery icon and not the flower so I’m not wasting the complication space! If you’re absent minded or have ADHD this is really a must-have app. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

리뷰보면 폰에도 설치되고 워치에도 설치가 되는거 같은데 제가 몰라서 그런지 폰에 설치가 안된거 같아요..
7분동안 떨어져있어도 워치에 알림이 안와요
워치에서는 연결해되었다고 뜨는데..
재시동도 각각 해봤는데 말이죠

워치에만 설치되는 앱이 맞습니다. 


먼저 폰과 떨어져있을 때 워치의 ForgetMeNot에서 연결이 끊겼다고 표시가 되나요? 

만약 표시가 된다면 아래의 경우로 보입니다. 


7분 동안 떨어져 있다하더라도 

워치에서 직접 앱에 들어가서 연결이 끊겨있다는 앱의 메인 화면(회색 아이콘)을 보셨다면,

유저가 연결이 끊겼다는 것을 인지한 것으로 알고 다시 폰과 연결이 되기 전까지는 알림을 주지 않습니다.

그밖에 워치에서 백그라운드 작업이 많이 쌓여있을 경우 7분보다 알림이 늦게 갈 수도 있습니다. 

애초에 연결 끊김 표시가 되지 않거나, 다른 문제가 있으시다면 메일 부탁드립니다.

하지만 알림이 진동만 울리게 할 수 없을까요?

다른 앱과 마찬가지로 워치에서 벨소리 모드를 끄시면 진동만 울리긴 합니다만 개선 사항에 추가 해놓겠습니다.

갤럭시에서 기본으로 되던 기능이 안되어 검색하다 찾은 어플인데 작동하지 않습니다 블루투스 껐는데 알림이 오지않아 몇분 후 확인해보니 연결은 끊겨있었습니다

컴필레이션으로 화면에 넣어놨고 휴대전화 워치 다 껐다킨 상태로 다시 시도해보았으나 같은 상황입니다

추가로 휴대폰에서도 알림 오게하는 방법 있다면 말씀부탁드립니다

일반적인 경우 아이폰과 연결이 끊어지고나서 8분이내에 알림이 도달합니다.

그러나 간헐적으로 워치쪽에서 처리해야할 백그라운드 태스크가 많다면 알림이 가지 않을 수 있습니다.ㅜㅜ

이 경우 운영체제 수준에서 연결 확인을 막는거라 저희쪽에서는 현재로써 개선이 불가한 상황입니다.

번거로우시겠지만 애플 공식 홈페이지에서 환불요청하시면 환불 받으실 수 있습니다ㅜㅜ

블루투스를 껐는데 워치에서 알림이 안옵니다.
워치 소리를 무음으로 하면 진동이 와야하고 소리면 울려야하는데 안되네요. 
워치에서 앱을 탭하면 연결끊김 글자는 나옵니다.
두개다 전원을 껐다 켜도 안됩니다.

1. 사용방법 페이지에 따라 모든 설정을 마치셨는지
(앱을 탭하셨다고 하셨는데 이미 컴플리케이션 설정은 잘 마치신거 같습니다)

2. 아이폰과 워치가 멀어진 이후에 충분한 시간(7분)이 지났는지
(제어센터에서 블루투스를 끄는 방식이 아니라 직접 멀어져야 합니다!)

3. 워치와 폰 모두에 최신 버전의 OS가 설치 되어있는지
