Assuming you need your passwords on multiple devices, there are two options: (a) store your data in the cloud, or (b) have a system to generate passwords. Forghetti is the second type, but overcomes a lot of the usability problems by synchronising everything you need to remember to help with password generation, without you even realising. Plus, the pattern ensures you don’t have a master password to type (susceptible to key logging).
