## What is ForgTin® Pro?

The app is like a tinnitus companion that guides you through the first few weeks with ForgTin®. It continually provides new tips and information about tinnitus, and it also serves as a tinnitus diary. Tinnitus can fluctuate considerably and, aside from ForgTin®, is influenced by many other factors. You can make a short entry in your tinnitus diary twice a day. This way, you can track the course of your tinnitus and determine which other factors—such as stress, emotions, and jaw or neck tension—also affect it. The better you understand your own tinnitus, the easier it becomes to learn how to control it.
