Forja is a complete trainer for iPhone and iPad: real programs, animated exercises and meal plans, from age 6 to 90. PROGRAMS, NOT EXERCISE LISTS 21 programs from 1 to 12 weeks that tell you what to do each day and how to progress. Calisthenics, military fitness prep, gym, home with no equipment, mobility, HIIT, strength, core and recovery. EVERY EXERCISE, ANIMATED 127 exercises with their own animation you can slow to half speed to study the technique. Each one with its key points, the most common mistakes, how to breathe, and the path to follow: what to do if it's too hard, and what comes next when it gets easy. BUILT FOR YOUR AGE Programs and guidance for kids (6-12, always with an adult), teens, adults, 50+ and 65+, plus a dedicated postpartum track. At 65 the priority is balance and not falling, not visible abs, and the app treats it that way. FOOD COUNTS TOO 12 seven-day meal plans and 41 recipes with macros, steps and the one trick that makes the difference. Omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, Mediterranean, with a shopping list that adds up every ingredient of the plan. Your calories and protein are calculated from your weight, age and activity, not from a generic table. ON YOUR TV With AirPlay or an HDMI cable, your TV shows the exercise full screen with a giant timer while your iPhone keeps the controls. It isn't a mirror: it's a screen designed to be read from across the room. ALSO · Coach voice, countdown and haptics · Saves to the Health app · Syncs across your devices with iCloud · History, measurements, records and 22 achievements · Works offline; nothing leaves your device · iPhone and iPad, with a sidebar on iPad · Six languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Italian FORJA PREMIUM Week 1 of every program is free, so you can train the real thing before deciding. Four full programs, three meal plans and all 127 exercises are free too. Premium opens the remaining weeks of the 21 programs, the 12 meal plans with their shopping list, the TV screen and the full statistics. Monthly, annual, and annual with Family Sharing for up to 6 people. The price is shown in the app before you confirm; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you can manage it in your Apple Account settings. Forja is not a substitute for a doctor or physiotherapist. With pain, injury, pregnancy or any medical condition, consult a professional before training. Your voice is turned into text on your device and is never sent anywhere, and the answer can be read back to you. A new icon: a red-hot kettlebell, straight from the forge. Friendlier empty screens: Progress, History and searches with no results now show a hand-drawn guide instead of a blank page. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-11 Ask the coach: on supported iPhones, ask for an exercise swap or an easier or harder version and get answers from Forja's own catalog, worked out on your device. New widgets: your whole week on the Home Screen, a streak ring for the Lock Screen and a Train button for Control Center. Smarter reminders: a heads-up when your streak is at risk and a Sunday summary, never two on the same day. Two recipes labelled gluten-free now use gluten-free ingredients. Ready for new screen sizes, including foldables. ### 1.0 — 2026-10-02 No release notes. ## Apps similar to Forja fitness | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Zer0 — AI Nutrition Coach](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/zer0-ai-nutrition-coach/id6758467041) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [GuerrierDuJour](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/guerrierdujour/id6775166591) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Noctave: Snore Recorder](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/noctave-snore-recorder/id6787785624) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [FORJA](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/forja/id6759104109) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Japan SDF style Pull-ups,army](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/japan-sdf-style-pull-upsarmy/id6448937189) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Home Workout · No Equipments](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/home-workout-no-equipments/id6742687783) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | ## More apps by Sesin IT Services IGT LLC - [Saldy: Budget & Expenses](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/saldy-budget-and-expenses/id6808975518) - [Electrical Prep: Journeyman](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/electrical-prep-journeyman/id6809176430) - [Poliglota: Languages & Math](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/poliglota-languages-and-math/id6809212152) - [Jobsite Stock](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/jobsite-stock/id6817052442) - [Lacre: Secure Vault](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/lacre-secure-vault/id6818658680) All apps by Sesin IT Services IGT LLC: https://appshunter.io/developer/6808975520 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
