## What is Forkast?

Know what's for dinner ahead of time, without blowing your grocery budget.

Forkast plans a week of easy meals around what you want to spend, then turns it into one grocery list with estimated prices for the store you shop at. Don't love a meal? Swap it in one tap and see right away if it costs more or less.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick your store and set your weekly budget
• Tell us how many people you cook for, which nights you cook, and what you won't eat
• Get a week of meals that fits, with one grocery list sorted by aisle

WHAT YOU GET
• Weekly meal plans built around your budget
• One grocery list with estimated prices for your store
• Swap any meal and see the price difference
• Hundreds of easy, everyday recipes with photos
• Step-by-step cook mode with built-in timers
• Plan breakfast, lunch and dinner, or just dinners
• Low-calorie and high-protein collections
• Plan weeks ahead, each with its own grocery list
• Mark what you already have at home so it comes off the bill

Prices are estimates based on typical prices for your store and region. Your shelf prices may differ.
