The form and flow website was much better to see what classes are available and make bookings this app is useless and pretty much not fit for purpose. It has crashed numerous times and trying to scroll through it, it just seems stuck on one days classes over and over!

Easy to search and find classes in each location, also super easy to amend any bookings.

Form and Flow have incredible reformer pilates classes for beginners and those more advanced! The classes are taught by enthusiastic and down to earth instructors who help each individual,  within the intimate class sizes, to get the most out of their workout. The app in particular can connect to your iCalendar to remind you of any upcoming classes you have booked and it also makes the booking procedure extremely intuitive. I have absolutely loved attending the mixed level reformer pilates classes, I have seen my strength build up since I started attending back in March and I can now lift more than I ever could at the gym!

The app is very easy to use. You can easily keep track on your upcoming bookings and remaining credits on account.

I think the app is great and very user friendly. The team at Form and Flow will always help if you are struggling and are lovely and very approachable
