## What is Form Fighter?

The AI boxing coach for people who train at home. Prop the iPhone up, throw the jab, and Form Fighter names the leak out loud — then drills that one mechanic until it moves.

Learn boxing at home without a bag, a gym, or someone watching. Shadow box in the spare room. It scores the form. It talks you through the fix. Hands stay off the screen.

WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES
• Live form feedback while you throw — not a recap after you sit down
• Six mechanics: guard, extension, rotation, balance, recoil, timing. One focus per set

HOW A SET WORKS
1. Put the phone on the floor. Step back until it sees head to toe.
2. Throw. It watches the mechanic, not the highlight reel.
3. It calls the leak — “hands dropping,” “rotation late” — and runs the drill.
4. You throw it again. The score moves or it doesn’t. That’s the whole method.

I got this app for my teen and absolutely love it. He’s taking Muay Thai lessons and really needs to practice what his coach teaches him in his private lessons. The coach’s happy because of the progress, allowing them to move to the next focus area quicker. It’s an amazing coach partner!
