## What is Forma by VirtueForma?

Growing in virtue doesn’t happen by accident. It happens through small, faithful practices lived day by day.

Forma helps you build a personal plan for prayer, sacraments, and spiritual habits—and stay consistent in living it.

Instead of overwhelming you with endless goals or streak pressure, Forma focuses on something deeper: formation through steady practice.

Create a plan that fits your life, track your progress, and see how your habits unfold over time.

Build a personal plan

Choose the practices that matter to you—prayer, Scripture, sacraments, devotions, or daily disciplines—and organize them into a plan you can realistically follow.

Forma helps you build a rhythm of life that supports growth in faith.

Track your formation

Your practices come together in a simple dashboard that shows how you’re progressing.

• Rings show progress toward each goal
• Calendar shows when practices were completed
• Consistency reflects how steadily you are following through over time

This makes it easier to see how your daily actions shape your spiritual life.

Grow with others

Spiritual growth is easier when it’s shared.

Connect with friends to encourage one another, celebrate progress, and stay accountable in living your plans.

This update introduces a new Formation-first experience designed to help you build a personal rhythm of prayer, devotion, and spiritual habits.

A new Formation system

Your spiritual plan is now front and center. Create practices that fit your life and track your progress through clear, meaningful views.

• Rings show progress toward your goals

• Consistency reflects how steadily you’re following through

### 1.0.4 — 2026-02-25

- Fixed: Users stuck on subscription screen after reinstall — Existing subscribers who reinstalled the app or updated
to a new version were incorrectly shown the paywall. The app now retries entitlement verification when the auth
token hasn't refreshed yet, instead of immediately marking the user as unsubscribed.
  - Fixed: Unexpected logouts 2-3 times per day — Resolved a race condition between the app's manual token refresh and
Supabase's automatic token refresh. Both were using the same single-use refresh token simultaneously, causing session
invalidation. The app now relies on the SDK's built-in auto-refresh.
  - Fixed: Lenten Challenge timezone issue — Activity logging for the Lenten Challenge tracker was using UTC dates
instead of the user's local timezone. Evening activities were incorrectly counted as the next day's activity. Now
correctly converts to the user's timezone.
  - Fixed: Transparent background on reaction picker — The "Add Reaction" bottom sheet had a see-through background on
iOS. Now displays with the correct opaque surface color.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-02-23

- Lenten Challenge — Track your 40-day Lenten journey right from the Today screen. Log a holy activity every
penitential day, see your progress on a beautiful weekly calendar grid, and watch your flame grow with each day you
  complete.
  - Daily Gospel Reading — Start each day with the Scripture reading from the daily liturgy, with a direct link to the
  full USCCB reading.
  - Liturgical Themes — The app now reflects the liturgical season with a Lenten purple theme during Lent.
  - Family Improvements — Better parish management, settings enforcement, and feed polish for family accounts.
  - Reliability Fixes — Resolved session refresh issues that could cause temporary login disruptions.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-02-19

What's New in 1.0.2

  - Expanded parish directory with 200+ parishes across 10 new states (TX, NY, IL, FL, PA, NJ, MA, OH, MI, LA)
