## What is FORMA Reps?

FORMA makes it easy to run your workouts, in the gym or at home. No account needed: open the app, fill in your profile, pick a plan that fits and start training. Everything stays on your phone.

READY-MADE PLAN LIBRARY
• 1,280 templates built from 71 base plans, with thousands of variations adapted to your goal, level and age.
• Filter by style (strength, Pilates or mixed), goal, 2–6 days a week, location (gym, dumbbells at home, no equipment) and session length.
• Not quite right? Ask for another suggestion to see the next good match.
• Make it yours: add, remove and reorder exercises; set sets, reps, weight and rest.
• Based on the health conditions you enter, potentially demanding moves are automatically swapped for gentler alternatives on your device. This is not a medical assessment.

LIVE WORKOUT
• Log sets, reps and weight; FORMA remembers what you lifted last time.
• The rest timer starts on its own and shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island as a Live Activity.
• Start with Siri: "Start workout in FORMA".

1,353 EXERCISES
• Chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, glutes, abs, cardio and Pilates.
• Every exercise has an animated figure and step-by-step instructions.

APPLE WATCH
• Start your workout from your watch, tick off sets on your wrist and see your live heart rate.
• Watch face complications show today's workout and your daily movement at a glance.

APPLE HEALTH
• Daily steps, walking distance, active energy and workouts on the Today screen.
• Finished workouts are saved to Health. Your health data is used only on your device.

MOTIVATION
• Points, levels and badges, just for you, with no leaderboard.
• Weight log with a chart, plus local reminders.
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.

PRIVACY FIRST
• No account, no server, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases.
• Export your data as a JSON file and import it on another device; "Delete my data" wipes everything in one tap.

In English, Turkish, German and French. Supports VoiceOver and Dynamic Type, with the iOS 26 Liquid Glass tab bar.

FORMA is for people aged 14 and over; under-18s may use it with a parent's or guardian's consent.
