## What is FormaPeaks?

Your plan, from your numbers.

FORMA reads your training, sleep and HRV, then builds the next two weeks around where you actually are. Not a template with your name on it. Made for cyclists and runners.

READ, NOT CHOSEN FROM A LIST
Load, fatigue and form are worked out from your own rides and runs. Every number on the screen is calculated from your own data.

MOVES WHEN YOU DO
Change the time you have, ride something unplanned, or let your form shift, and the plan is rebuilt around it: once a day on its own, or whenever you ask. Miss a day and nothing is ruined.

LANDS ON YOUR HEAD UNIT
Every session in your own watts and heart rate, sent straight to your device, with the reasoning behind each one.

WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY USE
FORMA connects through intervals.icu, so your data from Garmin, Wahoo, Polar, Zwift and most watches and apps comes along.

FREE, AND IT STAYS FREE
Your capacity, sleep, today's load and how your base and fatigue are moving, plus the whole session library to browse. Pro adds a coach on top: sessions written for your goal and for the week you actually have.

FORMA PRO SUBSCRIPTION
Pro is available in the app as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your iPhone's Settings.

FORMA is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor.

Works with Apple Health. Connect it in the app and FORMA reads your workouts, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate to plan around them. FORMA never writes to Health, and your health data is never used for advertising or shared.
