## What is Formbox?

Your Google Form collects the inquiry. Then what?

Formbox turns the responses you already collect into a working inbox: who is waiting on a reply, who you have spoken to, and who booked. It reads the form you already own — nothing to rebuild, nothing to migrate.

WHAT IT DOES

• Connect a Google Form you own and import its full response history
• See every inquiry with the name, service, and date pulled out for you
• Record a status: New, Contacted, Booked, Closed
• Write notes and keep a timeline of what actually happened
• Set follow-up reminders that arrive as notifications
• Add inquiries that came by phone, DM, or in person, so one list holds everything
• Email or call someone in a tap, from their own inquiry
• See how long you take to reply, and how many inquiries turn into bookings
• Export everything as spreadsheets and a complete archive, whenever you like

FREE, FOREVER

Reading is free. Connect as many forms as you like, read every response and its full history, search and filter, read your reports, open Mail or the dialler, and export your own data. No limits, no trial countdown, no ads.

ONE PURCHASE, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION

Recording new follow-up work — statuses, notes, reminders, and inquiries you add by hand — is a single purchase. Pay once. No subscription, no monthly fee, and no cap on how many forms you connect.

Formbox has no server, so there is nothing recurring to fund and nothing to justify charging you every month for.

Not sure? Tap "See how it works" and try every tool on example inquiries. No sign-in, no purchase.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Responses stay in Google Forms, where they already are. Statuses, notes, and reminders are stored on your device, for the Google account you signed in with. Formbox has no server and no account of its own — your answers travel between your phone and Google, and nowhere else.

Signing in identifies you. It does not give Formbox permission to read your forms; that is a separate step, and it asks only for read access.

Export produces files you choose where to save. Nothing is uploaded.

WHAT FORMBOX IS NOT

It is not a form builder. The form lives in your Google account, and you edit it in Google Forms, which does that better than any app could. Formbox is what happens after someone presses Submit.

BUILT FOR

Photographers, contractors and trades, salons and studios, caterers and event planners — anyone whose next job arrives as an inquiry and can be lost by not replying.
