## What is Formcast?

Formcast turns the person you want to become into a plan you can follow today.

Most fitness apps track what you did. Formcast shows you where you're headed — and gives you the AI coaching to get there faster.

MEET YOUR FUTURE SELF
Answer a few questions about your goals and Formcast builds a vision of the stronger, healthier you, then works backward into a plan to make it real.

PERSONALIZED AI WORKOUTS
Get training plans built around your goals, your equipment, and your schedule. Log any workout in seconds, or let the AI parse your own routine.

SMART NUTRITION
Snap a photo of your meal and let AI estimate what's on your plate. Get a diet plan that fits your body and your targets, without tedious logging.

APPLE HEALTH, IN SYNC
Formcast reads your Apple Health workouts automatically, so the training you do elsewhere still counts toward your progress.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Capture weekly progress photos and check-ins to watch your transformation unfold. Real change is easier to keep when you can see it.

COMPETE AND STAY MOTIVATED
Join leagues, climb the leaderboard, and turn consistency into a game you want to win.

FREE FOR A MONTH
Try everything free for one month. A subscription unlocks the full Formcast experience, and you can cancel anytime.

Your future self is already out there. Formcast helps you catch up to them.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-13

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are now linked right on the sign-up screen.

We also tightened up how the app describes itself: Formcast reads your Apple Health workouts to keep your activity in sync, and the listing now says exactly that. Privacy details have been brought fully up to date.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-05

You can now subscribe by the year. The yearly plan sits next to the monthly one on the subscribe screen, with the saving shown against paying monthly.

Plan prices and free-trial length now come straight from the App Store, so what the app shows you is always what you'll actually be charged.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-03

FutureSelf AI is now Formcast Fitness — new name, new icon, same app and same account. Everything you've logged is right where you left it.

Also in this update:
• Fixed the version number shown in Settings
• Stability and performance improvements

### 1.0 — 2026-08-24
