## What is FormCheck Plus?

FormCheck Plus is your AI-powered form coach for confident, effective home workouts.

Record one clean rep, tap the toughest moment, and get instant, specific feedback on your form — what's working, what to fix, and how to move better. No timing a shutter mid-rep, and no guessing whether you're doing an exercise right.

WHAT YOU GET
- AI Form Check: record a rep, pick the hardest frame, and get a Form Score, a joint-by-joint breakdown, plain-language fault flags, and next-rep corrections.
- Guided exercise library with setup cues, common mistakes, and back-friendly swaps.
- Workout plans plus a session log that tracks your training load and consistency.
- Daily readiness check-ins and progress trends so you can train smarter.
- A guided back-care routine built around gentle, well-established movements.

YOUR CLIPS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
Recording is optional, and access to the camera or your photo library is only ever requested at the moment you choose it. Clips are never uploaded or stored. Only the single frame you pick is sent to our AI service for analysis — and only after you agree in the app — and it is discarded once your report comes back.

FORMCHECK PLUS PRO (optional subscription)
Unlock unlimited AI form checks, comfort-pattern insights, and a weekly coach summary.
- Monthly ($9.99) or annual ($79.99), with a 7-day free trial
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation
- Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings

FormCheck Plus offers general fitness and form guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
