Big shop revamp/rebalancing
- Re-categorized some shop items as "basic" instead of "special"
- Added new special (aka heroic) items that are much more expensive and powerful
- Basic shop items now appear in groups of 5 and cycle out every few turns
- More items are now "consumable", and they're consumed after a few uses
- Basic shop items disappear until the shop restocks
- Added a new "recruitment" item type

Misc
- Modals are now closable by tapping outside of them

Boss Missions:
  - Bosses now appear on the map 1 turn earlier 
  - Boss fights expire after 2 turns now instead of 1
  - Improved the map icon

Mission Select:
  - Added unread indicator to missions
  - The game now start with a hero that is able to immediately win the first missions

Hero Details Screen:
  - While selecting items, we now sort unassigned items to the top
  - Upkeep is now highlighted when inspecting a hero

Morale System:
  - Hide morale out of the header
  - Added a story note in the mid turn summary when morale has gotten too low
  - Made hero deaths hurt morale a bit more
  - Made mission successes improve morale a bit more

Game Completion:
  - On the game completion screen, we now highlight what it takes to get 3 stars (30 successful missions + $1.5M)
  - Game over reasons have been added to the game completion screen

Misc:
  - Added a changelog in app
  - Improved header spacing on smaller phones
  - Fixed some typos, spacing issues, coloring issues
