Still Waiting for the following. • ability to send files/images • live chat (if two people are looking at this chat the other can't see formilla's chats, without resetting the app. This can cause two people to have a conversation with a customer) •removed ability to copy and past customer details from app. ### 2/5 — No Alert *2023-09-03* This app will not alert you of an ctive chat request unless it’s open.
