Blank screen for chat history, please fix it. I am a paying customer ### 1/5 — Unable to load app *2019-01-31* We pay a premium every month for your online chat. On desktop it works fine, on the actual app good luck answering to any of your online visitors. We will be cancelling our subscription (3 year long customer) ### 2/5 — Disappointing update *2024-11-13* First time the apps been updated in four years. Still Waiting for the following. • ability to send files/images • live chat (if two people are looking at this chat the other can't see formilla's chats, without resetting the app. This can cause two people to have a conversation with a customer) •removed ability to copy and past customer details from app. ### 2/5 — No Alert *2023-09-03* This app will not alert you of an ctive chat request unless it’s open. So that makes no sense. ### 2/5 — Great company bad add *2018-12-03* The features and ui of the app is really bad compared to online. You cant see any previous chats in the completed chat or they seem to even disappear when talking to people. Tideo is better but hoping this one improves soon since I switched. ### 4/5 — Good app so far! *2022-11-18* Would LOVE to see landscape mode on the ipad so I can use it more effectively with my keyboard. ### 4/5 — Great App, Room To Grow *2015-04-28* This is a way better alternative than having to use Trellian or Gtalk. App works great, doesn't crash simple to use. I would suggest making and option where I can change the notification sound because the default one is what I use for emails and I tend to ignore it resulting in missed chats. I can also see when there's active users on my site but can't actually engage them. If those 2 things were fixed, this would be a 10 star app. ### 5/5 — Give me so much help *2020-01-15, version 2.8.5* Unfortunately I was taken ill rushed to hospital and my renewal was due Zack and Aaron helped me so much the way you should treat clients I obviously did not have a desktop computer with me so Zack sent me a link to PayPal so I could pay for two years having done last year just to see if it worked out for our company which it did. So I paid for the two years fourth visitor to our website I won a nice job and it all thanks to Zack. I would just like to say a big thank you and a very happy client. ### 5/5 — Great App *2019-12-26* I’ve been using this app for my business for years! The only slight issue I have right now is the app on the IPad Pro. This app is amazing, please fix the minor glitch!!
