## What is Formix?

FORMIX — YOUR OFFLINE FORM BUILDER

Create, fill, and share professional forms — entirely offline. No account. No subscription. No cloud required. Your data stays on your device, always.

Formix is the essential tool for professionals who collect data in the field: inspectors, technicians, site managers, healthcare workers, HR teams, and anyone who needs reliable forms without depending on internet connectivity.

CREATE ANY FORM IN MINUTES

Choose from 30 field types — text, numbers, dates, signatures, photos, drawings, ratings, barcodes, dropdowns, calculated fields, and more. Organise fields into sections, set required fields, add help text, and configure conditional logic to show or hide fields based on responses. Reorder everything by drag-and-drop.

1,380 READY-MADE TEMPLATES

Jump-start any project with professionally designed templates across 46 categories — Health & Safety, Construction, HR, Healthcare, Property, Legal, Logistics, Retail, Education, and more. Browse the built-in library, filter by industry, and install any template with a single tap.

COLLECT DATA ANYWHERE

Fill forms with a clean, guided interface that works completely offline. Capture signatures on-screen, attach photos from the camera or library, draw diagrams, and record GPS coordinates. Save as a draft and return later — no data is ever lost.

EXPORT TO PDF

Generate polished, branded PDF reports from any submission. Customise page size (A4 or US Letter), header, footer, timestamps, and choose exactly which fields appear in the output. Share instantly via AirDrop, email, Files, or any other app.

BACKUP & RESTORE

Full backups include every form, submission, photo, and signature — all packaged into a single .formixbackup file. Backups are saved to your Files app and can sync to iCloud Drive automatically. Formix keeps your last 7 auto-backups and lets you restore with one tap, choosing to replace your data or merge alongside it.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

All data is stored exclusively on your device. Formix never connects to the internet, never requires an account, and never shares your data with third parties. Protect the app with Face ID or Touch ID — Formix locks automatically when you leave.
