I went ahead and purchased the three paid features for a fully functioning app at $25 and program still works bad. Cursor unexpectantly jumps from one field to another as you’re typing and I was even overcharged for one feature. It stated $9.99 but when I checked my card, it withdrew $15.00!! I contacted customer service via email and would really like to get my money back to purchase the $5.00 PDF ability. Pay careful attention to the charges on your card. Unfortunately when it's saved it does not look ok as it saves the customer are with double "STATE"place. While you can purchase that feature, it does not work as advertised. I would go with another app if I were you. ### 1/5 — Potential... *2013-06-24, version 1.9* I have spent the money for the desktop app to be able to customize the forms, only to find out you need to also buy it on the mobile device side via in-app purchases. Also you have to purchase the ability to export forms created on the iPad in any form other then HTML. So those two are $9.99 and $4.99 on top of the $40.00. At first the native desktop files would not open on the iPad, and you fixed it (sent link to updated version). That is good. The PDF's are cropped screen shots at best even including the scroll bar from within the desktop app. So after close to $50.00 I have an invoice that in PDF format is cut off at the bottom? There is a weird script error message generated from Outlook when you select PDF export on the desktop as well, I ignored it and it generated the email message with the PDF attached...not sure if that is due to the PDF not generating correctly? (It's cut off). Having to buy features on both ends is not a great deal. If you buy the desktop version it should be included. I can see charging for the iPad side and then the server side once the customer (me) moves up to it. Needs work. But has a lot of potential.
