## What is FormsDoks?

FormsDoks is a mobile and web app for companies that manage payroll and HR in the Czech Pohoda accounting system. It generates employment documents directly from Pohoda data — no manual re-entry.

 WHAT FORMSDOKS DOES

 Employment Document Generation
From an employee's data in Pohoda, FormsDoks creates with one tap:
• Agreement to Complete a Job (DPČ — Dohoda o provedení činnosti)
• Agreement on Work Activity (DPP — Dohoda o pracovní činnosti)
• Employment Contract (Pracovní smlouva)
• Power of Attorney (Plná moc)

 Authority Notices
Ready-made templates for official correspondence with the labour office, social security authority (ČSSZ), health insurance companies, and other Czech public institutions. Pre-filled with Pohoda data.

 PDF Forms
Access to official Czech PDF forms with pre-fill and print functionality.

 OCR — Document Text Recognition
Photograph or scan a document and FormsDoks extracts the text for further processing.

 Export and Sharing
Generated documents can be exported as PDF or sent by email directly from the app.
