Cannot log into app with credentials. Really surprised this company doesn’t have a functioning app

I signed up for a free trial after looking around and finding that it seemed like it would work for me. Only after I used it offline did I learn that it is extremely limited, that the offline app was an add-on I had to pay for (the app never told me this customer service did), and the numbers of entries synced over existing data. 

I will def not be paying over 60 dollars a month for this service. There must be better options for a relatively simple app that actually work and don’t cost a ton.

Complete trash! Can’t even get past the login page.   Worthless.  Avoid.

Nowhere in the description does it say that after 14 days you will be charged for use of the product. You only find this out after you take the time to download it and try to access and use the product. Kind of deceptive, don’t think I’ll be using this company.

I paid $130AUD for this service only for it not to work. Emailed support who took 4 days to respond we were then emailing back and forth. They were asking me idiotic questions over and over like “is your iPad connected to the internet”, presumably dragging out the process so I would be charged for another month. Don’t waste your time with this service.
