Even better, enabling the option for FaceID Login causes the app to crash on load, so you have to delete the app and download it again. ### 2/5 — Worked great for years. Now just crashes. *2020-02-19, version 3.04.3* Hasn’t had an update in a year. New IOS just crashes it. I had to re-download the app. It’s frustrating to sign in every time you open the the app. They need to work on this feature. Long over due. ### 1/5 — Free app, paid service *2017-03-08, version 2.6.1* Formstack use to offer a free version of the online form builder (which I would have gave 4.5 stars) but as of this morning they discontinued the free platform. It now cost a minimum of $39/month (3/8/17) to collect basic business data such as event registration, surveys, order forms and signup forms. Also you can't adjust the any forms with this app, just view insights. ### 1/5 — Wish the app could do what the web site does! *2015-03-18, version 2.6.1* This app is a somewhat functional method to be able to read data from your form. However it's so buggy that it's impossible to use like I intended. The charts, - which I need to see to tell who's winning a contest - won't load unless you are on wifi... At least that's the message, but I'm on wifi and I have 268 entries in a form and it won't load charts... Pointless. Stick to the website. This update needs a lot of paint and caulk, and probably some duct tape as well. ### 1/5 — Pointless App *2015-02-28, version 2.6.1* What is the point of having an app if you can't edit your forms from it?!?! ### 2/5 — Quick Login is impossible. *2021-10-14, version 3.04.3* If you enable Face ID login, (which is an option within the app, mind you) then the app will crash and you will have to delete it in order to log back in. I would not be as upset as I am except that I am seeing similar reviews from years past and the developers have clearly not fixed the problem. ### 2/5 — Can’t open app *2021-09-04, version 3.04.3* The app keeps kicking me out once I try to access it. There may be a bug that needs to be fixed. Yeah quickly quickly closes after opening. I can just barely see the home screen and it closed right back down. The problem I had was when I first downloaded the app and went to sign in, it told me that there was no network connection. I was connected to my home wifi at the time.
