The concept of having the abilty to leave a bottle in the unit, and fill it before i get outta bed, is great… But the App, defintely needs some serious work.. It never updates on the iphone. The app interface as great, it super user friendly and looks professional but I would be overjoyed to have easy access to see the time the last bottle was made and how many ounces it was. As a new mom you are CONSTANTLY having to keep your child’s last meal time fresh in your mind, the mental lad is HEAVY. This would take some weight off. I’m stuck on that screen. Would be nice if the developers tested their code before they release it. After entering all the formula information manually, the app displays the setting number for that formula, but the Save button stays greyed out, so there’s no way to continue. Scanning the barcode doesn’t work either, it just fails. I’ve hard reset the Brezza, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and tried it on two different iPhones. Same result every time, so this looks like a bug in the app rather than my device or unit. It constantly displays a “Refill Powder” error even when the hopper is completely full and the machine continues to dispense bottles without any issues. I’ve tried everything: * Unplugging and restarting the machine * Taking it apart and reassembling it * Refilling the powder hopper multiple times * Confirming the machine itself works perfectly The problem exists only in the app, making it clear this is a software synchronization issue. An app that’s supposed to let parents monitor their machine remotely shouldn’t display false error messages. I have verizon which required it to be on the IOT connection to work. Which may be why others have had such problems in their reviews. The machine works great with the app. Some suggestions for the app. -use camera to scan formula levels after filling - a refresh button for notifications that pop up such as no bottle, refill water, or clean funnel. Would it be nice if it had Alexa skill enabled or capabilities for IFTTT, sure. I will say, the formula scanning is awesome for this. I gave my brother a regular formula pro without wifi and told him to use the app to find the setting for formula. Scanning a barcode is a lot easier than trying to figure out all the nuances and variations of formulas. With the formula shortage, I can go into a target, or BJ’s and scan a formula barcode to see if it’s compatible with my Brezza. ### 5/5 — Remember that Formula Wi-Fi is 2.4ghz *2022-05-14, version 1.2.0* Great machine.. was frustrated at first because my app wouldn’t connect to the machine. We can just push a button in the app to make a perfectly mixed bottle for our baby. The bottle is done by the time we get to the kitchen. It’s a lifesaver. The app is easy to set up and use plus you can save five different bottle configurations — we’ve got a morning bottle, evening bottle, water only bottle. The Brezza Pro has been a god send for our new born and her Galactus level hunger needs. Having the ability to just push a button and make a bottle has been fantastic. I have a wishlist item though - it would be epic if the app kept track of when a bottle was made. Either a log that shows the last time it was used, or just a little info graphic on the apps Home Screen that’s only the last bottle - it would help two new, sleep deprived, parents keep track and make sure we’re not feeding too frequently. All in all, if you can use tech and understand that it’s not as precise as weighing the formula per bottle, it’s a fantastic machine with a useful app. ### 4/5 — Works for us but would like bottle history *2023-06-02, version 1.2.4* We really like this gadget! Fortunately, so far, the problems others have described with connecting to Wi-Fi and the machine and the errors have NOT occurred. This is actually a rather nice tool as part of our baby repertoire, especially when baby is starting to stir for a meal at night. We don’t have to wake up the whole neighborhood trying to get a bottle made, then warmed (which feels like it takes forever when there’s an upset baby). Lots of potential for this product app: I wish there was a way to track bottle history and volumes. I see from the reviews that someone asked for it two years ago too so not sure if the message was seen by developer. Please add bottle history- times and volumes!! Next version might benefit from a water meter too- warning system that the next bottle will finish the water in the tank. App reminders/ count down that the next bottle will result in you needing to clean the machine.
