Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. For me I require accountability in order to stick with my diets and routines and this app not only creates that but provides information as to why not sticking to the routine is harmful

I got the app because they had a free trial. I made sure that app was cancelled and went about my time. The day before the trial ended, they charged me anyway. When I sent my information and told them I canceled it before the trial ended date, they sent me back and forth with two different operators. I’d sent screenshots. They ultimately didn’t care and refused my refund. Enjoy my $31, Formula. You took $31 from someone who can barely afford groceries and wanted to try something to help. Why bother having a free trial if it’s definitely not free? Horrible experience.
