Sign up for a free 30 day challenge. I never once put on my credit card. They charged me $200. I have a fraud claim in with my Bank.

I have never experienced such pitiful “customer service”. I signed up for a free trial, and ensured on my account that I had canceled and was not going to be charged for a monthly payment. This app/platform is HORRIBLY not user friendly. I could never find where it said I was signed up and/or when the billing cycle would end or if/when I’d be charged. Thought I was all good. Until I was charged $25. I have contacted customer service and am being denied a refund. I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t use this tight-budgeted, basic, useless app.

Workouts are great, app is not well built. So many glitches in the profile update section. If you’re on a custom plan and opt for a challenge, there’s no pop up or warning of some sort to let you know you’ll be taken off the custom plan. And you can’t go back to it. 

Even though a workout is completed it is not automatically marked complete and you can’t do it manually.

App needs a complete rebuild. It’s a shame because the workouts are actually really good.

I am supposed to be enrolled in the “For ever Free Challenge” but it doesn’t seem to work very well, I have been doing my workouts and none of them appear as “donde” the challenge supposed to be three workouts a week so you can keep the subscription free, but how am Ingoing to keep track of the workouts are not registering?? I tried to get un touch with customer service and there is no phone available and the emails I wrote never got to he recipient, not good customer care

The instructors are great. But the app itself has been designed poorly. You can’t mark the workouts as complete. You can’t forward/ rewind videos!!!
There is no detail on the equipment needed for each workout out and the type of the workout and I can go on and on…

I love this app’s simplicity & the fitness program itself! However, I’ve yet to be able to successfully connect it with my Apple Watch.
