## What is FormulaPilot?

Turn your DIY skincare and soap ideas into organized, repeatable recipes. FormulaPilot helps you create lotions, creams, balms and more, scale each batch, and understand what it costs to make.

Made for curious home creators and growing handmade businesses, FormulaPilot brings your recipes, ingredient references and lab tools together.

CREATE AND SCALE YOUR RECIPES
Build cosmetic formulas with ingredient weights, percentages, phases and instructions. Adjust the batch size without reworking every amount, and keep your creations easy to find.

EXPLORE WITH AI
Describe the product you want to make and get an editable starting formula. Refine your ideas with AI suggestions, then review the ingredients and instructions before making a batch.

KEEP YOUR MAKING ORGANIZED
With FormulaPilot Pro, save unlimited formulas and track batches, notes and formula versions. Manage ingredient quantities, suppliers, expiration dates and low-stock thresholds so you can plan your next project.

KNOW YOUR COSTS
Pro includes a cost calculator for ingredients and packaging, batch cost, cost per item, suggested retail pricing and profit margin. Use your inventory costs to understand what goes into each handmade product.

PREPARE YOUR LABELS
Pro's label generator turns saved formulas into ingredient lists and draft label text. Add product details, directions and lot information, then copy or share your draft for review and layout.

LEARN AS YOU CREATE
Browse ingredient and herbal references while planning skincare, soap, candle and herbal projects. Keep your formulas synced across your signed-in devices.

START FREE, GROW WITH YOUR CRAFT
Begin with the free plan for basic formulas, ingredient references and beginner mode. Optional monthly or yearly subscriptions unlock more tools:
- FormulaPilot Pro: unlimited formulas, AI formulation, batch tracking, version history, inventory, costing and label generation.
- FormulaPilot Lab: everything in Pro, plus expanded AI access and PDF export.

Available features and AI usage limits depend on your plan. The app shows current subscription pricing before purchase.

AI suggestions and label drafts require your review, product testing and checks against applicable requirements. FormulaPilot does not certify product safety or label compliance.
