## What is ForMyGluco?

Your diabetes and blood sugar tracker.

ForMyGluco is a clean, quiet diabetes logbook that brings your glucose readings, insulin and medications, doctor appointments, blood pressure, weight and water intake together in one place. No cluttered screens, no guilt-tripping charts — just gentle summaries that help you see where you stand.

ForMyGluco does not measure your blood sugar itself. You take the reading with your own device — a glucometer or sensor — and the app turns the values you enter into an estimated HbA1c, your time in range and longer-term trends.

HIGHLIGHTS
• Estimated HbA1c (eA1c) computed from your last 90 days — always on your home screen, always labeled as an estimate
• Doctor appointments — save the hospital, department, doctor and time; reminders are set automatically and past visits are archived (Pro)
• Doctor-ready PDF report — a 90-day summary, one tap before your appointment
• Appointment list PDF — past and upcoming visits in a tidy table (Pro)
• Fast glucose logging — a few taps from the home screen, with contexts like fasting, after meal or night
• Time in Range (TIR), variability and trend charts
• Your insulin pens — pick the pens you use once; the right pen is preselected by time of day when you log
• Rich medication catalog — common diabetes medications worldwide, suggested as you type
• Weight, blood pressure, water and lab results
• Post-insulin bridge reminder — nudges you to measure 2 hours later
• Weekly summary notification with neutral stats only
• Checkup tracking — eye, kidney, foot exams and more, with reminders one week and one day ahead
• Excel export — all your records in one file
• Available in 12 languages
• Your data lives on your device first, with encrypted backup to EU servers — works offline

PLANS
Everything is unlocked for 30 days after you create your account — no payment required. When that ends, your records stay yours: you can still view, edit and export them to PDF or Excel, free of charge. To keep adding new entries, pick a plan.
• Basic — everything except doctor appointments
• Pro — everything, appointments included
Choose monthly or yearly. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account, renew automatically and can be canceled at any time.

IMPORTANT
ForMyGluco is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or give dosing advice. Estimated HbA1c is for information only and does not replace laboratory results. Always make treatment decisions together with your doctor.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-04

Behind-the-scenes maintenance. Nothing changes in how you use the app.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-25

This update rebuilds the glucose chart on the home screen:

• Drag the chart to move between past days; a quick flick travels several days at once.
• The numbers on the left stay in place. Both edges of your target range are always labeled, and the values between them are evenly spaced.
• Hours are shown every three hours, and the legend below names both the day's line and yesterday's.
• The list under the chart follows the day you are viewing.

Estimated HbA1c:
• The ring's color warms as the value rises; it stays green below your target (or the general reference if you haven't set one).
• The ⓘ next to it opens a new screen explaining the HbA1c classification and what the estimate means.

Also:
• Stock tracking is on by default when you add a new medication.
• Insulin entries now use the same card layout as glucose entries.

### 1.1.8 — 2026-08-21

ForMyGluco is noticeably lighter in this update: about 2 MB less to download and about 4 MB less storage on your device. The Blog and the Glossary now live at formygluco.app and open with a single tap from the cards on your Profile screen. Nothing was removed: every article and all 83 glossary terms are still there. More of your data now travels with you: your height, goal weight, check-up dates, your doctor's target, your insulin pens and your medication history are all saved to your account. Lab dates and times are now kept exactly as you enter them; in some time zones the date could shift by a day. Your Doctor Report now includes the dose for each medication as well: you were already entering it and seeing it elsewhere in the app, but the PDF left that column out. A rare hang at startup is fixed. If a typeface failed to load, the app could sit on the launch screen with nothing showing and no way forward, and a restart did not help; now it falls back to the system font and carries on. Two smaller fixes while logging: an out-of-range pulse value, 7 instead of 72 for example, is caught before the entry is stored, rather than looking fine on your device and never reaching your account. Where two medications carry the same name, both warn you when they run low; before, only one of the alerts came through. Plus text and typography fixes across all 13 languages.

### 1.1.7 — 2026-08-14

This version brings Blog and Glossary to the app.

• Over 100 pieces: from what diabetes is to what a test result means. The sources used are listed under every piece.
• A glossary of 83 terms: the words that show up on lab reports and in the clinic, in plain language.
• The glossary now has a letter strip and a back-to-top button: jump to any letter in one tap.
• Both open from the Profile screen.

### 1.1.6 — 2026-08-02

• Lab results now show their proper names — LDL, HDL, TSH and the rest — in your entries, your doctor report and your exports.
• Labels on the lab entry screen now appear in your language.
• Weight tracking no longer shows a height you never entered; add yours and your BMI and healthy weight range are calculated.
• Short day names in the water chart are correct again — no two days look alike anymore.
