So pretty disappointing. ### 2/5 — App Won’t Load *2024-01-12* Let me start by saying that I’ve had this app for about 10 months now and haven’t really had any problems with it up until about 3-4 days ago. Now I CAN’T even get the app to work AT ALL. I’ll go to open it and it will somewhat start up but then comes up with a screen that says it can’t/won’t load and continues to tell me that the book is no longer available. That’s fine, book no longer being available is not a problem at all. However, it won’t even let me get out of the book that supposedly doesn’t exist so I can remove it from my library and move on to read other books. I’ve now lost at least 2 days of check ins and therefore losing the points/coins rewards for that. How can this be fixed? ### 2/5 — Shattered *2023-08-08* This app is ridiculous! Updated to improve your app. Now all I receive are errors and it’s frozen on a network error. The app is no longer responsive and I’m unable to access any sort of help. They are not well written and it appears not even by the same person. It’s been over two days and nothing has been updated. When chapters are updated, it one at a time. WTH! I want a refund of my money if I can’t read the book. I restarted my, my phone and same thing. All of my other apps on my phone are working with no other issues. So I deleted the app and redownloaded and the pop up is still there. I can’t do anything in the app including logging in to my account or trying to contact a support team. I’m very frustrated as I recently purchased coins and coupons to continue reading a book. I even uninstalled this app and reinstalled it to only get the same result. They give you rewards for doing simple tasks as looking at reviews or linking your google, Facebook, or apple accounts. In all it's a great app to use for amazing books!
