## What is ForSwim?

Tired of showing up at the pool with no plan?

ForSwim builds your plan before you get in the water. Goal, level, frequency: coach-style sessions, ready right away. Pool, triathlon, open water, diploma prep, or learn-to-swim to learn the stroke. From beginner to experienced swimmer.

WHY FORSWIM

• A plan that's yours
Set to your goal, your level, and your date. Up to 5 sessions a week, using only the gear you actually have.

• Clear sessions
Warm-up, main set, cool-down, plus a coach tip. You know what you'll do in the lane.

• Learn to swim
To set the basics: breathing, catch, body position. Sessions stay short and easy to read while you learn, without burning you out.

• A drill library
One card per drill. Start from a mistake or a problem (head too high, hips sinking, broken breathing): the card gives you the goal, the cue, and what to avoid so you can fix it.

• Your paces
If you know your T100, ForSwim sets the send-off times. Too hard, too easy, missed session: you give feedback, and the plan adjusts.

• Tracking
Notifications (session, set, buddies, support), stats, badges, Strava. Buddy to find a swimmer near you, if you want.

7-DAY TRIAL

7 days with a card (App Store introductory offer). You try the full plan. Billing starts at the end of the trial, unless you cancel before then.

After that, on iPhone: €8.99/month, cancel anytime, or €59.99/year. Payment and cancellation go through your Apple ID (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Access stays on until the end of the period you already paid. The subscription renews on its own, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

ForSwim is not a medical device and does not diagnose anything. Train according to how you feel. Open water: never swim alone.

Account for people 18 and older.
