Whomever Fort Billings employs to handle their digital presence should never be allowed near technology again. Everything that this place tries to do online is confusing, clunky, dated, and sometimes simply doesn’t work.

Add to the objective truth that Fort Billings provides the online user experience of a 5000-piece puzzle, the fact that they serve a huge amount of senior members, and you get a genuine mystery as to how half of their user base is ever able to access their money.

The people are nice enough, though thoroughly unapologetic about the usability of their technology.
