I put in my device info and checked over and over and it keeps giving a generic error message that doesn’t help me understand what is wrong.

Problem is that it’s terribly unreliable. On a good day, you’ll have to click a category five or six times before it reveals any information. On a bad day, it never works at all. 

Does not inspire trust when the error message says “make sure you have the latest version.” It’s 2025 and I have automatic updates turned on.
