Keep getting a “mobile device has not been assigned to a user error.” Tried to bypass that with auto login feature, and that gets me a different error. I have to completely close the app, open it again, and try once more. Then I got a push notification that the statement view got changed. Now whenever I open the app I only have about 20 seconds before the app crashes. With recent updates the app has become next to useless. It randomly updates your membership status making it impossible to deposit a check through the app over $500.00. Now the app won’t recognize any log in information even though I logged in earlier today to do some banking. If there was anything I needed help with-they were there to assist me. I am sooooo happy that my son (he is with Fort Financial Fort Wayne) recommended this Credit Union to me. A breath of fresh air after banking with a local bank that after my account was hacked and I asked them to stop all transactions on my debit card-refused to issue me a new one at my cost and said I wouldn’t be eligible to have one for 6months!!!!
