An app that shows you a link back to the website is not an app. You can do better than this.

Redirects you to their website in safari. If I wanted to do that I would have opened safari in the first place.

New “update” makes map not work so you can’t even send in that the city forgot to get something or if a cart needs maintenance. Previous version barely worked as well.

What should’ve taken 2 minutes, took 3x longer just to enter data and then had to resort to using my laptop to get my 311 complaint submitted.  

I was forced to re-enter answer fields because I did not answer each question in order from top to bottom.  Plus, the address portion would not work properly.  It would not display a map nor would it find my property.  I had to click “intersection” to enter my address and then had to unclick “intersection” due to my address not really being an intersection.  Last, I hit submit and it just displayed a “please wait” message.

Great idea. App doesn’t respond well. City will miss accurate number of missed trash reports if this option is not effective
