After this new improvement/app; A week went by and I couldn’t get anyone to call me back or solve the problem of our accounts separating. Thanks to Trevor & Breanna online chat through this new app, all problems solved. My fiancé said y’all were the best and I see why he’s stayed with Fort Worth City Credut Union for over 30 years. A click here, a click there and my transactions were done in a manner of minutes. In some cases less than a minute. I could access ALL the accounts we have. But not now. Now I have sign into one and do a few things, sign out. Then sign back in to the other account. Why didn’t you do a pilot program with actual users? I DO NOT like this system at all. It is a downgrade not an upgrade. In fact I would like to fire the person that approved this.
