Choosing this address, the app says it cannot find a schedule. “8132 Mount Shasta Cir, Fort Worth, Tx 76137 “ causes the app to spin indefinitely. We had done so, though the recycled cart was picked up, our trash had not been, even through today at 11:00am, nor had our tree limbs picked up. I took the tree limbs to the dump but still waiting for our trash pickup, including neighbors on the northbound side. What gives??? Address: 1120 N. Fairly useless if it’s going to crash. Up to date app version and iOS. I have been pleasantly surprised at how useful I find this app to be. A little surreal writing a review for a waste disposal app, but it is very informative and has a decent search function to determine how to dispose of your unwanted items. Not unlike this city’s disposal sites, which I also consider to be quite efficient. There have been several items that I wasn’t sure how to dispose of, however checking this app each time it had an answer for me. I’d like to be able to give 5 stars on functionality alone, but I share the opinion of others here that the app could use some UI development. Granted, I doubt the Waste Disposal department has a large budget for app Devs, but I thought well enough of this app to provide this otherwise glowing review. Will be glad to upgrade my rating when a new and improved app is released. And y’all have rules about lids all the way down. On cans but seeing over loaded cans still being picked up. One day is was raining tubs on their sides, lids open rain in tubs, tubs sitting up lids open raining inside. Hard to dry them out. Be more careful in cul de sacs. That being said I luv the new app reminding of bulk pick up, and weekly pick up.
