## What is Forte?

We have made a card, it has credit, installments, and payroll. But we're proud of what it doesn't have.
- There are no fees for money transfers: you can transfer up to half of million tenge a month for free;
- ATM withdrawals up to 500 000 tenge free of charge worldwide;
- First year with no service fee.
- No installment restrictions: apply even after purchase. 
- No need to beat the dragons to take out a loan, it's available at any time.
- No CVV on the card.
And there's no need to go to the branch either.

Download the app and open the ForteBlack card on your phone.

The card opens for free in the app and is available immediately for transfers, payments, and connection to Apple Pay, and the plastic is brought home. There are also ForteBlue and ForteSolo cards available in the app to choose from.

Along with the card, you'll get all the features of the Forte app:

если будет вопросы фиг найдешь их, ни звонки не берет, и на сообщении не отвечают, да и вообще не полезный банк, просто будет жрать ваши деньги, сами кайфуют, а пофиг на тебе

Периодически перестает принимать пароли и распознание лица при входе, просит пройти идентификацию, которую никогда не может пройти, но запускает снова в приложение. Со вчерашнего дня не дает зайти в приложение, но в этот раз выдает ошибку, что я превысила количество входов и надо ждать 30 минут, после прошествия которых опять не впускает и выдает снова и снова одно и то же сообщение, что надо ждать пол часа!

Отвратительное приложение, как будто делали на коленке, все криво/косо. Невозможно открыть счет и получить онлайн карту. При создании выдает ошибку и просит позвонить по 4х значному номеру. Вы даже не конкуренты другим банкам, потому что вашим банком просто не возможно пользоваться

Приложение не запоминает пользователя и запрашивает биометрию лица через пару часов. 

Когда прохожу биометрию лица, выдается ошибка — без номера ошибки. 

Приходится связываться со службой поддержки, они скидывают настройки. Только тогда получается авторизоваться биометрией лица. Которую приложение успешно забывает на следующий день. 

Почините пожалуйста.

Техподдержка в приложении вместо помощи в решении вопросов даёт невразумительные ответы, снабжая их бессмысленными смайлами. Толку от такой техподдержки ноль! В других банках лучше
